Service rep was excellent. Just curious why the vehicle gets washed after being serviced only. Had brake pads replaced and rotors resurfaced and spent $340. Walked out to pick up the car but it wasn’t washed. My thoughts are because of the weather. Just curious. Otherwise, good service reps.
Pretty cool guy, first time using the Toyota dealership and I was pretty happy with the service. Kyle did great; knowledgeable, personable, got a sweet beard. Look forward to Future business with y'all.

Matt was dismissive when I called to schedule service, and sure enough, the things I needed were not in place - no parts ordered and the specific service for an oil pan was not ordered.
In the end, the great staff there took care of it and I was able to get the service I needed. But after much aggravation due to the information I had given Matt not being in the system.
I have already spoken with the manager and he arranged for it to be done. I am not sure I need to speak to anyone else.
My only comment would be to make appointments more of a priority. 2 out of the 3 times I have been there I have been told I will have an extended wait because of walk ins. Even though I have always made appointments.
Why do I have my Mercedes (and my Prius) serviced at Yuba City Toyota? Because of the EXCELLENT service provided by Kyle Jones and everyone else on the service team. The friendly, personal, high quality, dependable, trustworthy service is why I use their service facility for all my repair needs.
The service was quick and without challenge. Will did an excellent job checking me in quickly and getting my vehicle to the service dept.
When I picked up my car I stood at the cashiers spot for a good 5 to 10 min with no one there, finally some guy found the girl in the service managers office and had wait on me mot even a sorry for making me stand there or a thank you for having my service work

Will has been with us since our first Toyota van. He is one reason we continue to return to the dealership for all our automotive needs. He’s attentive and always keeps us informed on the progress being made during servicing. He also makes sure we are aware of what services are being done and may be needed. He appreciate his caring nature.
