Yes I would like for the Service Manager to Contact me asap Please,I was embarrassed,Lied Too and was forced to pay for something that i did not Authorize.And Specificly asked the Service Advisor to Not to do and failed too follow through.When I Questioned the additional Service Charges I was let Down so I just walked away upset and Very Dissapointed.Please Contact me Thx
Will was the utmost professional during my experience at Toyota today. I showed up unexpected, accommodations were made and I was made aware of progression every step of the way. I live in another city 45 minutes away and I drive in because of my positive experiences with parts/service center in yuba city. Especially Will being my service advisor. Thx will!

Whenever I have my oil changed, the ask, if the air filter needs to be replaced, is it alright to replace it. If course, my reply is yes. After I got home my neighbor checked my air filter. We went to an auto parts store and bought one.
Tire pressure was lower on one of my tires when I picked up my car. Had to return to dealer and wait for them to correct the problem.

It took almost 4 hours for a tire rotation and oil change. I had told the young associate that I was leave for a couple hours and would be back. He didn’t seem to be very helpful and care about me when I returned 3 hours later and his colleague had to help because he walked away. His colleagues took care of me better and looked into why my car wasn’t done yet. They told me if I had an appointment it would of been faster. Last time I made an appointment it took three hours. I continue to not be satisfied with yuba city Toyota service department.
