Although I had a routine oil change appointment, it was not ready for over 2 hours! When I came at the original agreed upon time I was told it would still be another 20-30 minutes longer. Then when the car was finally declared ready it was still another 9 to 10 minutes for it to be brought up(while it was just sitting in the parking lot). Furthermore I had specifically inquired about a carwash as the Roseville location offers it. I was told yes they could do that. When I received my keys the car had not been washed. The nice gentleman quickly told me he could get that taken care of, which he did. Was overall a disappointing and frustrating experience.

It took 2 hours for an oil change!! Way too long!!
My vehicle had dirty, oily hand prints on the hood and doors. The service tech opened my door in to a tree and had horrible customer service.
