I know to come prepared, phone and iPad. Not too long of a wait today, about an hour. It's nice they offer Wi-Fi. Always friendly and curious ??

Nearly each time in the past, things have been great. With my appt time, of 245pm.., it took just over 2 hours for a tire rotation. Everyone was courteous, but had I known it would take that long, I would have left the vehicle there.

Man deep was outstanding, but my car was not ran thru the carwash. I had it done at 99 carwash last week so it was vet clean. You installed new window wiper blades and they smeared my whole windshield. Otherwise my service was great. Plus the reminder I received in the mail said I would get a complimentary car wash. Thank You

I was absolutely impressed with the service staff. They were very courteous and helpful in identifying the problem with my vehicle. I would recommend Toyota service to anyone.
