Was all good even with the service computer system being down. Dallas took good care of me.
No body called me when my car was done, I forgot to pick up my car and it was left overnight. I brought my car to this dealership from the first oil change till now my corolla makes a noise when I brake I have been talking since three oil period and no one give me any good feedback on why it does.

Dallas treated me like a person and not like a number. I went in because my radio was messing up. Told and showed him the problem and it was diagnosed fast. Once the new radio was in I noticed a few things wrong with it. I showed Dallas and he was quick to get that radio out and order another one. I thought it was gonna be a hassle due to prior experiences with this dealership but I’ll prob return because this time was hassle free even tho I had to wait another week for the second radio which wasn’t his fault. I dropped the car off early for the appointment and went to the movies. He said he would text me (so he wouldn’t interrupt the movie) when it was finished. It was actually done before our movie was over and before our appointment time. New radio is working good so far. Thanks again Dallas
