Matt suggested items to be done and when I said no Matt did not keep pushing for me to have them done which I appreciated.
Would have been nice if car had been rinsed before I noticed it had not been accomplished. Other than that Dallas and your team were very nice and courteous.
The service scheduling is so much better than when I purchased my last vehicle.

Great friendly service - someone was ready to help me right away and service didn’t take any longer than expected. My boys enjoyed sitting in the cars on the floor and the salesmen were really nice about that which was refreshing.
I thought I was supposed to receive a courtesy wash, but I did not.

With no appointment for a service Kyle had my truck into the shop, competed and washed in just a few hours and called for recommended filter and still had the work completed well enough ahead of me having to pick up my daughter from her college visit.

Matt provides excellent service. Within 5 minutes of arriving my car was taken in for inspection and I had a courtesy vehicle. The service provided by Matt S. and the team at Yuba City Toyota is truly remarkable.
