I was unimpressed with the customer care I received during my scheduled appointment Saturday 4/20 at 12pm. In all fairness my previous experiences have been better. I have always held client based jobs and understand things can be out of our control or sometimes we are having an off day. It’s on the customer service person to communicate this so the client leaves understanding the change in care. If this was my first experience here I would take my future business else where. I felt like I was an inconvenience after declining the upselling of services during my intake and disregarded for the remainder of the appointment.
