The service for what I came there for was fine, no issues there but I didn’t come in with a cracked windshield. But I left with one. Came back right away to show and service manager Andy told me it’s from a chip that was already there.and that it could’ve happened when they lifted up the car. I get that but I still didn’t come in with a cracked windshiled. Now I have to do more service. More of an inconvenience. Don’t call me unless you are going to fix my windshield so I don’t have to call the insurance company.

I don’t think working and interacting with customers is a skill set that Nate has. I found Nate’s body language and tone to be threatening. He lacks patience. He looks uncomfortable or maybe it’s that he’s tense. There was nothing natural or pleasant in our interactions or experience with this service rep.
