The vehicle is new to me as well as some of its features. Jake determined the problem had a new key cut for one of the FOBs. Before I left he also answered some other questions I had about the vehicle. Thank you Jake.

same issue that occurred in a different error code making me pay 185 for a diagnostic twice. if it’s a different issue, the same thing should not reappear.
