Taylor was very welcoming and approachable. He listend to my concerns and questions and provided great feedback. I liked that the service center used a variety of technology such as, email, text and phone to contact me. It made it very simple to remain in contact.

Your teams always take longer than you say, you say it takes 60 mins and it takes 90, You say it takes 80 mins and it takes 100. Just be honest if it’s Going to take 90 mins say 90 mins

Nate listened to us with what the problem was, described what you all would look at, fixed the issue quickly, and explained what was done. We had the CRV back after a very short time without it. We also appreciated having a clean car (!!) when it was done. Huge thanks. Very satisfied. Well done.

Spencer was welcoming, helpful, sensitive to the fact that on a fixed budget, I didn’t have a lot of money to spend on car maintenance. He was creative(but entirely professional) in trying to give me the best price possible including the fact that when I bought the car after the lease expired, I was entitled to 4 free oil changes and wheel rotations. Because of my good experience with Spencer, you will be the folks I go to when my car needs to be serviced. He is a good ambassador for your company!
