Not sure why, but there's never eye contact whenever they explain services that will get done on my vehicle, got done on the vehicle or services that will need to get in the future. I had an older Rav4 for years before and now a brand new 2018 Camry and I just don't get that comfort that I expect to feel when I leave my vehicle for services because I don't get any updates from anyone while sitting for so long in the lobby. I do see workers walking back and forth but no communication at all up until the end when they call you or text you to go to straight to the office to pay. Also, as an owner of a brand new vehicle, I expect to have my car at least washed and cleaned, but, that's not happening either. I honestly don't feel any uncomfort in considering going somewhere else or switch to another brand.

Not change. You have a great system. I’m just complaining about the free service. It should have been a free oil change but the last one was for a free tire rotation. What was offered was probably correct. It should have been more clearer for the customer. But I’m still bringing my vehicle for service because you guys have a good system. I’m not sure about price but sometimes you guys do have a discount on your website when I bring my other car.
Dominic was great!! Very professional and respectful and helpful. But I would have just liked things to be explained in a little more detail. As I read over the service report for my car later I saw that there was a very small (about $3 or so) parts replacement charge under the oil change. I honestly don’t know much about cars, but I would have liked to have had that extra charge explained to me. I like to know everything that’s done with my car. Also, I guess I just assumed that it was automatic (so I did not ask for it), but I was slightly disappointed that my car didn’t get washed after being serviced. I didn’t mention anything because I was embarrassed to go back in and I didn’t want to ask for anything more since Metro graciously worked me into the schedule today.
I don’t want to sound like a complainer. I’m so grateful that Metro Toyota worked me in for my car’s oil change today! And I have no complaints about the service at all! It was only my second time at Metro and I guess I’m still just getting used to how you do things...I’m just used to the Boardman Toyota where I’ve taken my car since buying it new there in 2014.
He handled me and my situation well.

Service rep was very kind. My problem has not been resolved because I am not convinced of the reliability of the info as this is the third time my engine light has been on in a month. After the first repair they said it was definitely fixed. After the second time I had it repaired they said it was fixed. Two days later it came on again. I am checking on buying a new car even though I only have 28000 miles on it. Then they forgot to put my backseat in and I could not pick up my grand kids from school. What a day. They say it is a critter chewing my hoses. Do you have any suggestions? Also I read that those hoses are made of soy which attracts critters. The service rep was patient and nice to me.
