When a car was brought in for service, the dealership used to do a complimentary wash as long as the weather wasn't inclement. They no longer do the complimentary wash. Other than that surprise, everything was fine.
They did not label me how many miles I have to change the oil again and they did not pass me the truck by washing cars
They did a great job again.
The car was not washed as usual. I was told it was too cold but all the car washes were backed up. Not your usual standards.

I already discussed my concern with someone named Chris who didn’t seem to concern about my disappointment and dissatisfaction of what I was originally told when my car was first brought in and after my car was already being worked on...I found him to be uncaring and found me to be unimportant with ongoing appointments...I have no problem going to another Toyota establishment in my area as opposed to driving an hour away! Unless something changes I will never bring my vehicle back to metro unfortunately! I had no one discuss my billing before I left..vehicle was unwashed even though I was originally told it was too cold..I washed vehicle when I returned home with no problem..I watched my car sitting in the area for awhile with no one coming to get me..I had to go walk up to cashier office...I was very disappointed today! But I honestly think according to my conversation with ur supervisor named Chris I don’t think it really matters! Unfortunately!!!
Maggie was very helpful and got things taken care of right away even though I showed up w/o an appointment. She made sure I got a needed loaner car. She also communicated status of repairs so I knew what was happening and had a timeline. Really enjoyed working with her!
