I asked to have my front end looked at during my routine service visit. I was asked if I wanted a quote on a front end alignment. The whole service visit was completed in 20 minutes. When I asked if the tech had driven the vehicle to verify that the front end pulled to one side, I was asked if I wanted a price quote. It was never examined I’m sure.

The wait for my vehicle was over 3 hours. I would have liked to have been updated and perhaps offered a car. I was told that it shouldn’t be that long. I’m okay if they need time, but felt that my time was discarded.
