Really pleased with Scott and Metro Team. Difficult problem to diagnos but they stuck with it until that got it right. Provided a free loaner car and treated me fairly. My highest regard. Be cause of Scott and the excellent service it would be very hard to look elsewere for service or a new car.

I was told when I made the appointment that my recall and maintenance would take two hours. It took 4. After 3 hours I sent a txt message asking about an eta. I received no response. I asked 30 minutes later, they said another 15 to 20 minutes more. I was finally done at around noon. Unfortunately, something is not right. My van now has a problem with the radio. It worked fine before service. I don’t know if it’s the satellite trial that some how showed up on my radio or the air bag recall that is causing the issue. We will see next week when I come back.
