Really pleased with Scott and Metro Team. Difficult problem to diagnos but they stuck with it until that got it right. Provided a free loaner car and treated me fairly. My highest regard. Be cause of Scott and the excellent service it would be very hard to look elsewere for service or a new car.

Metro Toyota has always provided me with a positive experience while taking care of my vehicle. I purchased my first Toyota in 1975 from Metro and I have never been dissatisfied with service there. Keep up the good work!!

Mike was very thorough from start to finish in what was just a routine maintenance service visit - an oil change. He went beyond my expectations by extending my one year free service for this visit (I was just past the one year mark since I haven't put very many miles on the vehicle). We've always been treated with great customer service at Metro - thanks for maintaining Metro's reputation Mike!

I was told when I made the appointment that my recall and maintenance would take two hours. It took 4. After 3 hours I sent a txt message asking about an eta. I received no response. I asked 30 minutes later, they said another 15 to 20 minutes more. I was finally done at around noon. Unfortunately, something is not right. My van now has a problem with the radio. It worked fine before service. I don’t know if it’s the satellite trial that some how showed up on my radio or the air bag recall that is causing the issue. We will see next week when I come back.

He was very understanding polite and courteous and took the time to listen so that I can explain the problem I was having the problem was resolved The entire staff at metro Toyota always see to go above and beyond whenever I go there for whatever reason Thank you metro Toyota! Thank you Dominic !
