Lincoln could not secure a small electrical component to my 2018 MKC air conditioning. I left the car for three days...one day even two seemed okay but three seems as if Big Lincoln failed the dealership.

Was told my battery was reading low. The charge to replace it was going to be $289 I purchased the correct battery from a national auto parts store for $175 with a 3 year replacement warranty and the install was free. Also the multipoint inspection showed my brakes were registering in the yellow zone, my rear brakes were replaced last year by your service dept. at 40,979 miles I now have 44,118 miles on the vehicle..I was surprised that they were measured in the yellow zone, could there be a problem with the brake pads? Or the install? Should they be re-checked? Margaret Breen
