My Service Representative, Brad, who I’ve been working with when ANY issue occurs on my vehicles is ALWAYS HONEST AND UPFRONT. HE went above and beyond while working on my Land Rover Discovery. He kept me updated when delays in parts were discovered. My vehicle was kept for over 2 months and I was given a loaner and due to illness that loaner was brought and retrieved from my home, which is almost an hour from the dealership. When I dropped of my Jaguar F-Type for concerns as I picked up my Land Rover, Brad quickly assured me not to worry. A week later no issues were found and the Jag was delivered to my home. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE since I moved here in Dec 2019, and Brad has always kept me in the loop. I’ve had major work done on both vehicles since moving here and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Brad, in service at Island Jaguar, Land Rover and Lincoln.

I dropped my car off at my appointment time and entire week went by without you even looking at my vehicle. I did not get follow up texts or phone calls letting me know the status. I had to keep calling. I just got a lot of excuses about how your dealership is going through a transition. A week and a half after my appointment date I finally get told that the gas smell is due to a fuel leak And when I questioned about the fuel leak being covered under the omissions warranty I was told that the only thing that would not be covered under that warranty was the actual fuel pipe which was the issue with my car! I was then told that I had a coolant leak which my car had just been in your service department for a coolant leak yet you were telling me I had another one. The service in your service department was deplorable with total lack of communication and I hope that I never have to step foot in your dealership again. Since I live in Melbourne and your dealership is in Merritt Island your service department offered to deliver my car back to me. Upon returning home to find my car parked in the driveway with the fuel light on and barely enough gas to get to the gas station a gas tank only holds slightly over 16 gallons and I had to put 16 gallons of gas in my car! When I dropped my car off for service and had well over a quarter of a tank of gas so there should have been plenty of gas when you returned my car to me. I am very disappointed in the service that I have received because when I first purchased my car and brought it in for regular service I felt like I was treated fairly like I was a customer that mattered but this time I did not feel that I mattered in anyway. In general I am disappointed in the Jaguar brand that a car with less than 52000 miles on it would have as many issues as I have had with this jaguar XF. Two coolant leaks a fuel leak and the buttons inside my vehicle having to be replaced because they got all gummy. Not a fan of jaguar/ Land Rover. Six months ago if you had asked me I would’ve said I was planning to trade my Jaguar in for a Land Rover after the holidays and I would’ve come to your dealership. that is not the case now. I will not be looking at either Brand and I will not be coming to your dealership.

Our experience with trips for service, lack of available loaner vehicles after they were promised and overall quality and dependability of the Land Rover Discovery we purchased were so good that we traded the vehicle this past weekend after we got it out of service…:please do not contact us again

My truck was having unexplained issues. I brought it in Friday. Brad said they would probably look at it Monday or Tuesday. It was not looked at Tuesday so I rented a car. I picked it up Friday to learn nothing is wrong that can be determined. I was charged $165.00 to have someone drive it around for hours, and 1/2 tank of petro. I was disappointed that I was charged that much. Maybe Brad could have suggested come pick it up, if it happens again, bring it back. Which is pretty much how the conversation went on P/U
