Mark always does a good job and is extremely helpful.
It impossible to get in contact with the service department. I only got through when I called James that sold us the car.
This is not the service department's fault, but the management. They are clearly not enough people to do the job.
This my first try having my car serviced at Island Lincoln, so maybe it just was bad luck.

Mark really takes care of us. He is a great representative for Island Lincoln.
The service intake process seems somewhat disorganized. We were redirected from the service entrance to the express entrance, had to get back in our car and had to drive around in a circle around the entire building. The courtesy car driver used very crude language in front of my wife. When we picked up our car it was still wet from being washed. I think you folks should try harder to make scheduled maintenance visits a pleasant experience. We like our new MKz and hope that you value repeat business.
