Mr.Graham Ohlmann immediately understood the problem with 2 day old purchase of a 2019 MKC.Did most rational analyses to address abnormal whole car vibration. Problem is better but not gone. Has given useful suggestions before re-evaluation after driving another 100 miles. Sales Agent , James Wolfe has been a great asset in helping to solve this significant problem in a new SUV. He has worked with us over the last 11 years. I’m certain he will help in resolving this situation to our satisfaction. Both are excellent professionals.

Brad gave excellent customer service. We were going on vacation for two weeks and he kept us updated on the progress of our vehicle through text and phone calls. Our cruise returned on Saturday morning and he arranged for us to speak with a sales representative to pick up our car. We had no worries while we were away.
