I utilize Island Lincoln Jaguar Land Rover for the majority of my automotive needs. Your service reps, staff, and crew are 100% excellent and professional. Please, recommend face masks for all who interface with the public, I was taken back when no employees wore face masks. If provided, why not have face masks with the Lincoln, Jaguar, and/or Land Rover, or your company Logo embossed on the mask. Also, hand out to your valued customers; promoting CDC regulations, keeping all safer, and clever advertising of your company. Thank you. Stay well. Be safe.

I came in a week before and was told it was too busy come back later otherwise I would have to wait 2-3 hr. So I left and came back. This time I was told 1hr maybe 1 1/2 hr. I stayed to have it done. It took 2 hr and every one that was there ahead and after me came and gone. Granted some for other things but a oil change. Anyhow at 1 1/2 I was told it was done and waiting for a wash so about 3 min. 1/2 half hr later I asked and was told in line to be washed and short of help. I took car without wash. I would have waited for another day.
