Brad dealt with USAA for me, and, fortunately, the bill was less than my deductible. He took pictures and forwarded them to me showing the accumulation of acorn shells in my engine along with the wires that the squirrels chewed! The engine was properly taken care of, and my car was road tested 3 times to make sure everything had been attended to. When I picked the car up (he provided transportation for me to the dealership), I saw that the car had been beautifully detailed. Looks really nice now.
