This was a recall H291. I appreciated the courtesy pick up and return of my Jaguar. Thank you.
1. My car has completely shut off while driving it (twice).
2. Your service team has not been able to find the problem. You had my car for 5 days the last time.
3. You could not furnish a courtesy car during the time you had my car.
4. I was told to rent a car from Eneterprise and you would reimburse me. That was the end of June and I still have not been reimbursed. 8/21/20

Car was not washed nor was their precautions taken to not have dirt in my car from service persons shoes. I was also told when made appointment they no longer did pick up and drop off of my car. In order to make appointment I had to call five times once each day and left messages for someone to call back to make appt. I finally reached someone to make appt. not sure what has happened to service but this time not satisfied.
Graham was awesome and took great care of me.
