A failed battery was thoroughly diagnosed and remedied quickly with a replacement battery. Brad was courteous and accommodating with an informative report and solution.
Upon battery failure an no-start condition I call a Jaguar roadside recovery to take my F-Pace to the dealership. After nearly 5 hours, no one showed up and the battery had taken enough charge to start up. I canceled the tow and drove the F-Pace to the dealership. I am glad that this failure happened at home and not somewhere else, with no response to me recovery request. Lost confidence
