Everything was taken care of. Mark kept me informed of everything that was being done plus the progress of the work. I had battery problems and Mark worked me to get it resolved

Mark has always treated me like a VIP. While waiting for my MKX I was talking to a sweet older woman that was waiting on her MKX also. She told me how great she had been treated for years and she would never go elsewhere. Mark was her service writer also. We compared experiences and agreed ILMJ was a great place for service and purchase. Service dept. Is A++++. I drive 50-60 min. Just to have service done. Everyone there is Employee of the month !
Mark is an excellent ambassador for your company. Every dealership should have a Mark Lauretta and you would only have happy customers.
Ashlii has been great, but my car is still experiencing the same issue after two services. It's an intermittent issue, but it is still frustrating as it essentially makes my high performance F-Type SVR car accelerate like a semi :(
Ashlii is aware of the issue and has it scheduled to come in again on 9/8, but it would be great if they could figure out what the problem is...seems like they're guessing right now.
