My service was good. Just a few hiccups. One, was told it will take one and half hours. Took 3 hrs. But that was fine. Bret took 15% off the bill. :)
Second, they forgot to reset the oil indicated. But, I got it set. Now one more thing. It could have been done but I did not see any precautions taken to prevent the Covid issue.
Ashli has been the only service tech I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I’m sure she is representative of Idland Jaguar’s reputation. She exhibits not only her knowledge but her professionalism and genuine ability to do her job. I’m very glad she’s a part of your team!
