Other than the High Expense of the Oil Change, I was very satisfied with the service. While I was provided with a loaner car, the cost of this should have been covered by the Manufacturer, since the major service provided was Two (2) Manufacture RECALLS.

We were shocked at the effort it took to get a live threatening service done on this “luxury car.” We tried several times over 6-8 weeks to get on the schedule. Fortunately it finally got fixed but the car was returned to us with the mechanic’s fingerprints on both sides of the front doors. It appears like someone forgot to clean the inside of the car. I’m gonna start looking to see if we can get the service done at another Lincoln dealership in the future. Sorry but we were not happy

Almost a 3 hour wait. Your website and phone options need to be updated. When I tried repeatedly to make a reservation I just got Graham’s voicemail. Tried the main number and was transferred to a Quick Lube that no longer exists. Customers need to be made aware that the Quick Lane is no longer available.
