The service at M I Jaguar is consistently excellent.
I did not appreciate having to wait to pick up my vehicle. when I asked about it, I was told five minutes several times. then when ???? I took a walk i found it third in line to get a wash.

Once again Mark and the service techs went above and beyond. Sudden dead battery and got me in and out over lunch break and a set of windshield wipers installed to boot. This is why my next vehicle will come from Island. Not to mention having my lunch at the Tiki Restaurant in the customer service lounge. Thank you!!
