Your prices are just too high when they’re not covered by the warranty I bought. Do you want it nearly $1500 for the tires and the alignment and I had them done at tire Kingdom for $1100. If your prices have been competitive even close, I would’ve had the work done at your shop.

I had a 8 am oil change appointment. Was notified at 9:15 am that it was finished. I (Dale) went down to the receiving point and then waited another 45 minutes while the vehicle was washed. Took two hours which was a problem. This was my first service appointment after buying our new Aviator from you folks.
Next time I just want a oil change. 45 minutes to wait for a car wash is a total waste of time...
