Ashli was very professional and explained the process of our service being done.
My main complaint is the manner in which I was treated by the service dept while Mark is out. The replacement service rep did not understand what work was scheduled to be done. The replacement then sent my car to the body shop without my knowledge. He also did not keep me informed. What limited information I did receive from him was often incorrect. I informed the service manager and the sales manager of my issue, but they were both more concerned with offering excuses or blaming the body shop. Overall just a bad customer experience.
Outstanding Service and Professionalism would not go my car any place else. A great place to have a car serviced. plus great people
Just didn't get my car washed upon pick up but was garunted a wash at my convenience. They were backed up. Everything else was excellent.
You can not get any better then Ashli R. Barrow. Everyone should take after Her!!!!.

I am completely Satisfied with the service department. The dealership is 45 minutes out of my way but I support where I buy and I have always had great service at the dealership. Graham went way out of his way to stay late and make sure I was Completely Satisfied with the service.. Everyone & everything at the dealership makes you feel welcome and goes out f there way to help.. thank you and yes I will buy my next Navi from this dealership.
