I was stuck without a car 4days plus I pick my car up and when I got home the services engine light came back on now I have to bring my car back not happy at all
Waited an hour for my vehicle to get serviced, and it never left the parking space.

Mechanic doesn't know how to fix air conditioning
I guess the policies have changed. In the past tire rotation and a car wash were included with a service. Of course with previous cars the service was also complimentary, which this time I already knew. I appreciate the convenience of the valet, but am disappointed there is no longer a wash and tire rotation.

I was never notified part was in, I had to call twice to find out part was in 2 2 weeks later, then today I was told work would take about 45-60 minutes after up stairs for almost 2hrs went down and found car was ready but no one had called to tell me, very poor customer service
