Not happy with the way the Sales Dept treated us. We were inquiring about flipping my MKZ 2018 to a 2020 because they will not be produced in the future. We were quoted an outrageous price. It seemed as if we were not getting consideration for being a loyal customer. Ridiculous. Not sure what will happen in the future, but Island Lincoln lost points withus.
