Issues with miscommunication, which cost me money. I am very unhappy with the service I received. It felt like I was not a priority since I didn't own a fancy car. I will not be returning to Island Lincoln in the future for service or purchasing a vehicle. Very disappointed.
Great service from Ashli but the Ford product is very poor quality and unreliable.
I brought the vehicle in for 7 items: 2 filters, tire rotation, oil change, transmission clunk,seat rattle and air conditioner gurgle. Of the 7 items,2 were addressed the air and the seat. The seat still rattles and the jury is still out on the air conditioner. I was looking into the extended warranty but, am sadly disappointed and discouraged after this visit.

My wife's car was in the service department from November 13 until December 14. That is completely unacceptable. We were told it was an 11 service hour job and that took 3 weeks to complete. Our service rep Brad was nice but that doesn't make up for the 4 week long repair job. We also had them complete the free yearly detail and they left dirty fingerprints on the white ceiling and never touched the third row. There were crumbs left in all of the cupholders. If I'm paying over $100,000 for a vehicle I expect better performance from the service department.
