I took my car in on a Monday at 9:30, I didn’t get it back until Wednesday! James never called and informed that they needed to keep my vehicle longer than just Monday . I called Tuesday morning and was told that I would get a call back, they never happened either!! James finally called me on Wednesday and said it was ready!
Was given a loaner that had been smoked in, your staffs response when I questioned this was we’ve tried our best to clean it take it or leave it.
The attitude of some of your staff is not great we have previously owned a mercedes and the staff and level of service at Mercedes is head and shoulders above that at your dealership

Seems my Rims got a bit damaged. Pay more bring the vehicle only to dealer thinking you would get better service. Can’t prove so I know nothing will be done. Not even a sorry
My vehicle is still at your dealership after 3 days to get a software download and yearly detail. This is the second time it has been there for this very same service. The first time you had it to do these two jobs plus a oil change and it was sent back with just the oil change done. Then I was told it would be a month to schedule it back to finish these two services. So far you have had my vehicle 5 days to do 3 or 4 hours work.

I asked for my car to be cleaned which is supposed to be part of the service and that did not happen and it’s not the first time. In fact I asked Ashli to make sure that it would be cleaned because it had been missed in the past.
