Drop off in the Quick Lane as easy and efficeint. Was called when vehicle was ready - about 1.5 hours. Had enough time for a sandwich and relaxation time in the library.

Graham was a pleasure to work with. I noticed while waiting to have my car serviced Graham was pleasant and helpful to the other customers who came in contact with him. It's always easy to visit the with the people of Island Lincoln.
Mark did a fine job. I was a little disappointed with what happened before Mark entered the picture. Over a month ago I came in asking for the backup camera to be replaced. No problem, they just had to order the camera. Weeks went by and hearing nothing I called and found out the camera had been in for a while. Why I was never notified was a little irritating. So I made an appointment, came in and Mark found out the wrong camera had been ordered. Like magic the new order came in over night. So from there all went well. I was a little surprised that you didn’t wash my Lincoln, which always happened in Sunnyvale, CA, where my lease included that concierge service. But Mark was a highlight.

I had to ask for the service I was told I would have; bring the car to me after service. The report stated twice that I was advised to use premium gas even though the report flagged a random misfire and cylinder 3.
I have only used premium gas on this vehicle I’ve only had a few months.
The text updates on progress of repair was good.
