My only comment is that my car was much dirtier (looked like it was sprayed with muddy water) when it was ready for me then when I left it. The car was recleaned.

Frazzled I arvd after confusion of a jump start. With sense of humor & professional finesse, Graham took charge & arranged routine maint. as well as new battery. Soon was rtnd to my now spotlessly clean MKS... got a haircut as well. I left relaxed from flawless care of sedan & myself. Thank you for making the visit a 'service experience'!

Only issue was that I had thought that a tire rotation would also be completed at the visit. Speaking specifically for Brad, and the customer service experience/exchange that occured - undoubtedly there are no issues. He was wonderful and precisely what we would expect as a representative to the brand.
