Not all service completed. Car was dirtier in the outside than when I left it (i keep my car in the garage and it was obviously kept outside and not washed. They just ran a hose over the windows to "wash off the bird poo that happened after they washed it". But the car was obviously not washed prior to that

The staff locked my keys in the car so we returned a hour later to our car still iun-touched. We unlocked it and 2 hrs later it was returned smelling like cigarette smoke inside which finally disappeared after about 1 hr. The car was washed but not dry and it was 2 hrs later when we stopped for fuel that l noticed large scratch on pass front fender and across the hood up to grill. I called Brad at service who said if I brought it back on Tuesday or Thursday next week they would attempt to rub them out. We by the way live 2 hrs away in lake wales. After the cost of my first service on my first Range Rover I’m very disappointed in all of this. We choose Merrit Island on recommendation and could have went to Orlando or Tampa both which are closer. Now I have to have my car rubbed out and re-detailed on my own because a 4 hr round trip dive is even more inconvenient. Brad has the pics of the scratches the one on the fender may not rub out and if not I will have to return it for paint touch up. I hope future dealings and service is better than this one. Thank you

This is an exceptional service qualified to diagnose and resolve problems. I drove all the way from Orlando due to dissatisfaction with the Orlando Land Rober service and it was worth the drive.
