Customer Service from Brad and the driver was excellent. Unfortunately the Service Dept did not find the sounds that concerns me when turning the wheel.

Just one concern. The valve stem that was replaced is not the RR valve stem that was on the vehicle when it was serviced prior.

Unless I hear back from a manager, I’m taking my business elsewhere in the future. My original appointment was for October 9th and I got a call the night before from Brad stating that they were backed up. He pushed me out to October 16 th and then kept telling me, via text until I told him to call me that they were backed up again. Same story as last time. I didn’t get my vehicle back until October 23rd. When I told him that I had boating plans for the weekend, he said that he would try to get me a discount for all the inconviences. I got an $18.00 discount on a $1,500 service bill !! Brad was ALL excuses and no action. I hope that he and you take this feedback to heart. If I don’t receive some remediation on this, I will most likely share this story in online reviews. I’m that angry.

Ashli is always able to accommodate our needs. Which can sometimes be hectic, but she is always able to get is what we need.
Graham does a great job and makes sure things get done .
We had oily finger marks on the inside of the drive door after the service, and we had to have the inside professionally cleaned to remove the marks. We were very disappointed in the quality of the service.
