Service is always outstanding with Mark. I was shocked with the price of the 3/4” rear camera. That is outrageous. Not happy the camera failed after 64K miles. This will weigh on my future decision of will I want another Lincoln.

Overall the service is very good and much appreciated. However, we requested the factory protection film be removed on the door sills. This apparently was an oversight when we took delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle came back with the film still on the sills.

Mark is the best he is reason I drive to Merritt Island. I live at Great Outdoors. There is Ron Norris Ford 1 mile down hey 50. I come to Island Lincoln and get Better service and loner car Mark always takes care of me. Al Bunch
