I called Mark about a check power train alert message we got on our control panel. He saw me right away in the morning and had me back on the road by mid-morning. It's always a pleasure to deal with Mark.

While I was glad there was a loaner available so I didn’t need to sit at the dealership waiting I was not satisfied with the fact that service was not inclined to cover an issue with grease streaks on both the windows of my F-Type due to the fact that the windows were tinted. The windows were tinted when I bought the car from MI Jaguar, the car is CPO so I am very surprised that things are not going to be covered under warranty. I have also never heard of tint affecting any type of warranty in my life. It seems that the MI Jaguar service center looks for any possible way to not cover something under warranty, I will not be buying another Jaguar after this experience due to being worried about things being denied by their warranty. I did not tint the windows it was purchase like that from MI jaguar but it’s pretty absurd that customers are not allowed to tint their windows without warranty issues...

Should have been told how long it was going to take. It was 2 hours 45 minutes. I realize that’s how long it took but had I been forewarned, I would have made other plans. But yes, satisfied! TY

Brad was excellent and the amenities offered are top class...the car wash left a little to be desired though. A tire rotation would have been much appreciated as well. Both times I’ve had the vehicle serviced at Island the tires were not rotated. Most tire shops do it for $20 not a huge charge but should be standard servicing procedure.
