I have already spoken to Brad. My cruise control worked on the way there this morning and did not work on the way home.
Also, when I was last there with my fiance's Lincoln your car wash was broken and again today you did not wash my Jaguar because the car wash was broken.
Graham is always super nice, my car is vacuumed and serviced at one time. I recommend y’all all the time. I also like the synthetic blend you use at Island Lincoln. I trust Graham with my car! Thanks Graham!!

The service department is not fixing the issues with my Nautilus. I have taken the vehicle in for service for the same problem twice and not the vehicle in the service department for the third time for the same issues. I am not satisfied at all. Now they want me to come in a do a test drive with the service technician. I ask that we do a test drive the first and second time I took the Nautilus in for service, but they said their technicians were busy. This is such a waste of time.
I cannot say enough about your team; Brad in particular . I’ve never received such tremendous service. Super honest and efficient and able to accommodate me almost immediately while on vacation in a time of need. Thank you so much to everyone at ILJLR and Brad in particular.
