Car was not cleaned good ithe windshield was dirtier than when we brought it there

If you have an appointment for service you should expect to have your car worked on that day. The explanation given to me is, you have a slot but not put on repair cue until the car arrives. That just doesn’t make sense. No need to have car there if it is going to sit on the lot for a day without being worked on. Not sure how other auto service departments work, I just have never had an issue where my car was not worked on the day it was brought in. So the people working at your dealership are very kind. Your procedures need improvement.
