I was contacted that my car was ready. Jose told me he couldn’t help since Kevin took care of my case and he wasn’t available . When I questioned this,
Jose did help me. Unfortunately, my car was not washed. The night before,
when I dropped the car off, I was quoted $95 for an oil change. I texted that I didn’t need synthetic oil since the price seemed quite high. I still was given synthetic oil. On a positive note, Kevin seemed very professional and is an asset to your company.
