Great service from Steven, I have been coming for a problem with my stereo system for fourth time as it has never been resolved by other three visits previously made.
As my previous 3 visit not having a satisfactory answers from other sales people who handled the same problem.
This visit it has been good solution provided by Steven and really appreciate the way he handled and understand the problem and resolve the problem.
It took longer than expected but otherwise everything was great

I was very disappointed for the car maintenance service I received. I asked for the engine oil change and tire rotation. The technician did not perform the tire rotation. On the receipt, I was still charged with the tire rotation.
Since I took the pictures of marks of my four tires before the service, I knew immediately that my tires were not rotated at all after service. I had to go back to your service department for the service that was skipped.
I think this instance is very serious considering charging the customer without performing the task. It also impacts negatively on maintaining the customer’s car. We go to the car dealers for car maintenance because of the reputation of quality. I think you don’t want to give your customers any doubt about your reputation.
