Nick was so professional and very nice. He listened carefully to my concerns and delivered 100%. I only had to wait about 30 minutes which was another feather in his cap. Your entire team is always so pleasant and the commitment to customer service is evident and appreciated.

As a customer, I should not have to call 3 times for a simple status update. Your service advisors are also customer service agents. They should proactively provide a status of your vehicle. I understand Jordan stepped away for one of the afternoon shifts, however one of the other service advisors should have provided coverage and stepped in. If it’s a manpower resource constraint, your management needs to provide the appropriate levels of staff members to better assist customer.

Somebody should let the customer know that they should drive the car a week before doing emissions testing. My sticker needed to be renewed and I took it to get emissions tested and it failed. They told me to drive it for a week and then return.
