I keep having the reoccurring issue at all your dealerships when dropping off my car. This has happened at Morton Grove and Libertyville acuras where I'm the first appt in the morning, 730am and I never hear from the service rep until after 1pm about my car. Sometimes it's just for a simple oil change. It's seems like the reps just either forget about my car or just push my car back to the end of the line since I'm not waiting. This last time I got there at 730am and I didn't hear from my rep until 215pm. I also asked when dropping off my car to please let me know what is going on prior to fixing anything as I don't want to pay for things I don't need. This was not done as I got the call saying everything has been completed. When I went to pick up the car, the coupon I gave him was not applied and my car wasn't washed or vacuumed although the receipt said it was. I love my acura, but the service at your dealerships leaves alot to he desired.
My husband still doesn’t think his car is driving correctly. I think it will require having him bring it back again and take it for a drive with the service tech so they can understand his specific concerns. He’s pretty unhappy so if there is anything further you guys can do for him that would be amazing. Thank you!
Nick helped me a lot through the process of fixing the issues on my car. He made several calls and discussed the options during the process as issues were revealed during the repair. Kudos to Nick and the service team, the car drives much better though I still have the body damage from the pothole.
I had to ask about the recall and the person who helped me was not able to really explain what it was, he kind of just brushed it off. I would have liked to know in more detail what the recall was about and what was done to my vehicle. Also, the recall does not seem to have been marked as completed on my account. It still shows as "Incomplete" in the AcuraLink mobile app.

I brought my car for an oil change and recall service work. Only the recall work was done, not the oil change. Ive called several times to find out why the oil change wasn't done and noone has returned my calls. Very dissapointed with my first visit there.
