Nicholas did a great job. He greeted me and got me all set on arrival, gave me updates on the timing of the vehicle completion, and applied a coupon I brought in. We had a nice, personal conversation upon completion, which put me in a good frame of mind at the end of a Friday--I didn't feel "rushed" along. BTW--I REALLY appreciated that when the team washed the car, they also washed the all weather floormats--it was immediately noticeable, was something I was planning to do myself, and save me a good deal of time since I don't have our hose hooked up at home yet. Nice work!

Nick is a stellar employee! I’ve been a customer for years and Nick know s me by name. His customer service is exceptional and I always get outstanding service when I bring my RDX in for service! He even helped me change the battery in my key starter. My navigation direction was off and he assisted me in correcting the problem! I rate him an A++++
