It’s hard for me to assess recall fixes that I wasn’t currently experiencing problems with. I came because you said I should. However, I can assess the service I received. I was told the fix would take 2 hours - it took 4. I chose not to ask for a loaner car to help you - this doubling of repair time cost me time and money. I am under impressed. This, from a dealership I used to (for 10+ years) have had nothing but praise for. Sorry - I know you used to value high survey scores. Clearly satisfied customers are no longer a priority

I’ve work with Nick for years and he has always been courteous and professional.
Scarlett was attentive and understood my needs and communicated what maintenance needed to be done.
It was +3 hours to get a B1. When I arrived she didn’t look up at me for minutes.
Then the car was finished but forgot to call me. Then I comeback and she says go what inside while I’m doing the paperwork. From the time I called to be picked up until I came back for the car was 20 minutes so she had time. 5
Minutes later rushes in with paperwork and has me pay cashier. On the drive home I realized the report on my car was someone else’s so who knows what my stats are. I loved Libertyville Acura. I hate McGrath Acura—you guys are horrible in comparison. I’m going to see if my warranty can transfer to Schaumburg because it is ridiculous...
Nick is always able to ansewer and explain the items that require the service items, I recommend home to all my Acrua friends.
