Feel like it was a wasted trip with nothing to show other than a nice scratch on the dashboard of my brand new car with only 1700 miles I went in there for one reason and one reason only. That was to fix a persistent noise that comes from behind the dashboard while driving. The technician heard it and admitted it was loud and not normal. I also brought up an issue with my headliner having two creases in it from the factory but made it very clear I didn’t want it replaced if the windshield had to be removed. They had my car for over 3 days and I’m not sure what they really did. I was told I caused the crease from getting my windows tinted even though I brought these crease to the attention of the salesman the day I purchased the car and even took a picture of the crease before the windows were tinted should I run into an unethical dealer that tried to place blame. Not to mention the headliner is absolutely not touched during a simple window tint. The noise issue was never addressed and I got my car back in worse condition than I brought it. Scarlett was great but she was not kept informed by the shop as to what was being done.

Nick is awesome. As a matter of fact in addition to my service.being.done,.I had him quote out my windshield and once insurance.gives the green light you will take care of.as well. Nick is always professional, nice to work with and treats us like family.
