Scarlett Conrad provides the exceptional customer service. I have been the customer of Acura in Libertyville since I had acquired TL in 2014. The location has been prominent for the quality and the customer service in the service department. Scarlett keeps the tradition - she cheerfully greeted, advised about recommended services, and was helpful and professional from Hi to Have a nice day! I was very impressed and told her that she is putting the 6th star to the location referral.
