While I realize that service times for waiting can depend upon number of customers and complexity of service, I always find myself frustrated by the amount of time I have to wait for fairly routine service. I would like the service reps to either be more realistic in what they tell customers or try to meet your commitment when you tell a customer it will take x amount of time to service your vehicle. If I have to wait too long for my vehicle, I may choose to go elsewhere.
