I am happy to have my vehicle serviced at McGrath Acura Libertyville. Service advisor Scarlett Conrad was very helpful and courteous and provided me with timely updates. Also Juan Ortiz helped with getting the windshield moulding fixed and provided me with loaner car. 5 stars.

scarlett and her manager were patient and understanding with my concerns. I wish there was a button with "are you satisfied all your issues have fixes" as that would be a different story. Acura please fix ther radio issue!

As always, your service advisor took the time to explain what service was done, and what the inspections showed. I appreciate that he did not try to sell up" additional service that was not necessary. It was a totally professional experience.
